Retreats that recalibrate. Not strategy sessions in nicer rooms.

Naomi facilitates leadership retreats for organizations whose people are carrying more than they should — and have been for longer than they realize. She designs every retreat from a diagnostic of your team, then flies in to deliver it. What your leaders leave with isn’t a deck. It’s a foundation they can actually lead from.

The reason most most leadership retreats don’t stick.

You can take a high-performing team to a beautiful venue, hand them a thoughtful agenda, and book the renoun speakers — and watch them return to the same patterns by the second Monday back.

It isn’t because they didn’t enjoy it. It’s because the retreat was designed for a generic version of your team. Most facilitators bring a deck and a playlist. They don’t diagnose before they arrive. So the agenda speaks to a team that doesn’t quite exist in the room you actually have.

When a retreat is designed from a diagnostic, every session addresses something real. The conversations go deeper because they’re aimed correctly. And what shifts in the room is still shifting six months later — because the work was about your people, not about leadership in the abstract.

What this is — and what it isn’t.

This is.

Built from a diagnostic
A custom program designed from a pre-retreat read of your team — never a template, never the same program twice.

Naomi-led on-site.
She facilitates personally.

The Convergence Framework™.
Design, Identity, Purpose — tailored to what your team actually needs.

Right-sized for leadership.
Your chosen venue. Your chosen date. Your chosen number of attendees.

This isn’t.

A business strategy retreat disguised as wellness

A motivational event with keynotes and breakout sessions

Group therapy or clinical treatment

A vacation with a coaching label on it

What it looks like to bring Naomi in.

It starts before she arrives. Naomi runs a diagnostic on your leadership team — through the Convergence Score™, the Leadership Game, or a tailored assessment — so the retreat is built around what’s actually there. No template programs. No generic agendas.

On-site, she facilitates personally. She designs the arc of each day around what the diagnostic revealed, and collaborated on, with facilitated sessions, the kind of conversations leadership teams rarely give themselves permission to have, and stretches of quiet most leaders haven’t allowed themselves in years.

Optional 1-on-1 coaching referrals for individual leaders ready for deeper work.

The result your team leaves with isn’t a deck. It’s a nervous system they can actually lead from — and the kind of shift the people back at the office will notice.

Questions.

What kinds of organizations does Naomi facilitate retreats for?

Mid-sized to large companies, professional services firms, healthcare groups, faith-based organizations, and founder-led teams. The common thread is leadership groups carrying real weight — not first-time managers.

Where do the retreats take place?

At a venue your organization chooses. Naomi travels to wherever you’re hosting — lodges, coastal properties, urban retreat centers, private estates. The right venue depends on what the diagnostic reveals about your team.

What's included in Naomi's fee?

The pre-retreat diagnostic, custom program design, on-site facilitation, session materials. Venue, accommodation, travel, and meals are arranged and covered by your organization separately, plus minimum one assistant.

How far in advance should we book?

Most retreats are scoped 8 to 16 weeks ahead — enough time for the diagnostic phase, program design, and your logistics. Naomi takes on 4 to 6 retreats a year, so calendar availability is usually the binding constraint.

The work that matters most can’t happen at your desk.

If your leadership team needs more than another offsite — and you want a facilitator who designs the program from a diagnostic, not a catalog — the next step is a conversation.
